Rideout 20 Mar 10
11 riders participated in the above rideout on a wet and windy day starting at the Bustard Inn. The
ride crossed the SPTA impact area before heading North towards Market Lavington handrailing the Northern Transit
route to Everleigh. After completing the routes around Collingbourne Ducis the team headed back across the Plain to
Larkhill and the Bustard. Highlights of the day was the mud, useless 4x4 dvrs bogged in, the rain, lunch cooked
from fresh rations and Hans and Tim bravely keeping up on their trusty Norton Commando powered side car that did not miss
a beat. Royal and the KTM gang were on form once again and entered into the spirit of the event cooking some cracking
meals on their field stoves and entertaining the crowd with their infectious sense of humour. A cracking ride and hardly
a soul in sight and the entire range area open for exploration. Lunch of the day award was given to Steve and Pete.
